Water Damage in Sauna

Owning a sauna is a fantastic luxury and one that is enjoyed by many as a way to relax and de-stress. In this home, the basement sauna was only installed a few weeks prior and a burst pipe would destroy the heating unit and the insulation behind cedar wood wall planks.

Our team carefully uninstalled and removed the teak bench from the room and began to carefully remove the cedar planks salvaging close to 90% of the wood to be reused.

Our construction crew replaced the mitigation crew after significant drying time allowed us to begin reconstruction and the project came out great!
