A Fire & Years of Neglect But Still This House Is Still A Gem
This Brooklyn home had been left abandoned for years after fire damage forced tenants from the home and the owners could not afford the necessary repairs. Our project manager offered our construction services to the new property managers after completing a renovation on a similar home nearby. We reviewed the property and prepared a quote and were able to come to terms to complete the renovation and reconstruction of the home. First, our mold specialist came in and provided guidance during the demo process to help completely and safely remove mold from the property. Second, we demoed the property then we brought in our construction team to complete the renovation process.
