Lower level apartments are always at risk of water damage. In this situation, a broken pipe finally gave way and emptied water under the floorboards and into the basement. Our team arrived on site prepared & cleaned/restored the damaged area to its original state. Water damage inside of a home can be difficult to mitigate because water will travel between floors and floor boards and will cause damage in places where it is not properly dried.
